I grew up in Willard, Ohio, where creativity was something you did in your bedroom, not your career. I spent most of my early life drawing, filming goofy movies with friends, ac, and designing Myspace layouts with way too much personality long before I knew what “brand identity” even meant.

I didn’t go to school dreaming of marketing. I just knew I liked creating things that made people feel something and somewhere along the way, that turned into storytelling, strategy, and building brands.

There wasn’t a straight path. I’ve worked shifts as a server, handled customer care at a garden center, designed club flyers in NYC, and picked up freelance whenever and wherever I could. I learned how to grow communities, create content that connects, and build trust often before I had the title to go with it.

Eventually, I stepped into roles that matched my skillset. As Marketing Director at Good Deed Entertainment, I led 19+ film campaigns, scaled social reach by over 230%, and built multi-channel strategies that drove real results including 14K link clicks and a $0.10 CPC for one campaign alone.

Through Grow With Devin, my personal brand, I’ve built a platform where I share what I’ve learned about branding, content creation, and growing with intention without the not burnout.
