THE PROJECT
Cranked Up Films is an independent studio producing films across horror, sci-fi, and thriller genres. While the studio had strong creative output, its visibility was largely limited to niche genre audiences.

With multiple titles in flight and limited internal resources, the studio needed a way to scale marketing efforts without overwhelming teams or diluting the brand.

The Challenge
The challenge wasn’t creativity, it was structure.
Core challenges included:
